Shipping & Delivery
What happens after placing my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, please allow a little extra time for processing.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice any mistake in the shipping address you submitted, please contact us immediately at support@kiddla.com so we can try to correct it before your order is processed or shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Kiddla is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not update immediately, it usually means the carrier system is still scanning and updating the package.

Your order may be shipped from one of our partner warehouses depending on product availability, destination country, and logistics arrangements.

Kiddla is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery.
However, we will do our best to assist you with tracking information and help you contact the carrier if needed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For most orders, taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may be charged by their country or local authorities, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Kiddla is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
